BIOGRAPHY Claudia Bonollo (born in Italy in 1963), is an artist, an arquitect, and a multidiscipline training investigator. She graduated from the UIA (International CLAUDIA Art University), and from the architecture college in Venecia (IUAV), with an Honor Degree. She went to graduate school in London and Madrid. She has BONOLLO always combined her artistic trajectory with a special interest in the creative act in all its possible variations, alternating investigation activity with experimenting in all types of creation. She has exhibited in London, Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella, Taipei, Hong Kong, Rome, Florence, Venice, and Milan. Her work is present in many public and private exhibitions, and has been published in the main art, design and architecture magazines. www.claudiabonollo.com ARTIST STATEMENT title: Te vegetal outft she presented for Fashion Art has been inspired by the Flora FLORA goddess, who in Roman mythology was considered the goddess of gardens, spring and fowers; she was the wife of Zephyr, God of the Wind, who fell in love with her and kidnapped her. She donated honey and sweetness to mankind. technique: Te dream of “eternal spring” reinterpreted here in a more modern version, has been from the beginning one of the biggest wishes and hopes of mankind, MIXED and this has been possible to reproduce in this outft with the use of stabilized natural plants, which have passed through a delicate preservation process, so they don’t require any maintenance, water or light. FAI INSPIRATION Fashion in Italy goes back to the Roman Empire; a great variety of accesories, such as bracelets and necklaces is used to decorate the outft.
